Return of the goods and the right of withdrawal

In compliance with the amendments introduced by Legislative Decree (D.Lgs.) 21/2014, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the natural person who purchases products from our company for purposes that may be considered unrelated to his/her professional activity, and outside business premises, has the right to return the purchased products and request replacement of the goods or a full refund, with the sole exclusion of transport costs (both for shipment and for the return of the goods), by notifying such decision by registered letter within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the parcel or from delivery of the goods.

The notice may also be sent by fax or telegram, provided that the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The registered letter must contain a photocopy of the accompanying purchase invoice.

Once the registered letter has been received, the customer will be contacted to receive instructions for returning the goods, which in any case must be sent back in the original packaging and with intact seals, complete in every part. The refund will be made, pursuant to law, as soon as possible and in any case no later than 14 days from the return of the product.

The shipment, until it is received at the company’s warehouse, is under the customer’s full responsibility; our company will not be liable for any damage, theft or loss for returned shipments that are not insured. The recipient’s address is as follows:
